服務條款

1. 食物與飲品 Food and Beverages

1.1) 菜單及人數須於活動日期前7日確認。7日內的任何變更,視乎情況可能收取額外費用。
The menu and number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date. Any changes within 7 days may incur additional charges, subject to circumstances.

1.2) 顧客須於確認訂單時,清楚告知任何食物過敏、飲食限制或宗教飲食要求。
Customers must clearly inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious dietary requirements at the time of order confirmation.

1.3) 本公司將盡力配合,但不保證能完全滿足所有特殊要求。
The company will make every effort to accommodate but cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fully met.

2. 租借用品 Rental Items

2.1) 租借物品清單及數量須於活動日期前7日確認。7日內的任何變更,視乎情況可能收取額外費用。
The list and quantity of rental items must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date. Any changes within 7 days may incur additional charges, subject to circumstances.

2.2) 所有租借物品須於活動結束後完整歸還。如有遺失或損壞,顧客須照價賠償。
All rented items must be returned in full and in good condition after the event. Customers will be responsible for compensating the full cost of any lost or damaged items.

3. 付款及取消政策 Payment and Cancellation Policy

3.1) 確認預訂需支付訂金,餘款須於活動日期前7日付清。具體訂金金額將於報價時列明。
A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event date. The specific deposit amount will be outlined in the quotation.

3.2) 確認預訂後,如需更改日期或取消,需收取額外費用,並提前與本公司協商。
Once the booking is confirmed, any requests to change the date or cancel will incur additional charges and must be negotiated with the company in advance.

3.3) 若顧客取消活動,訂金將不予退還。
In case of customer cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. 惡劣天氣安排 Adverse Weather Arrangements

如活動當日或前一日懸掛黑色暴雨警告或八號或以上颱風信號,本公司將提前聯繫顧客,並盡量配合顧客調整活動時間。活動可改期至原定日期後3至7日內。
If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted on the day of or the day before the event, the company will contact the customer in advance and make every effort to reschedule the event. The event may be postponed to a date within 3 to 7 days from the original date.

5. 其他條款 Other Terms

5.1) 如需待應加班服務,須另外支付加班費用。
Overtime service for waitstaff will incur additional charges.

5.2) 活動結束後,如需本公司提供清潔或垃圾清理服務,須另行報價。
If cleaning or waste removal services are required after the event, a separate quotation will be provided.

5.3) 若送貨地點涉及特殊搬運(如梯級或無電梯),顧客須於訂單確認時告知。本公司將收取額外搬運費用,並提前提供報價。
If the delivery location involves special handling (e.g., stairs or no elevator), the customer must inform the company at the time of order confirmation. Additional handling fees will apply, and a quotation will be provided in advance.
